just got my Gen Admin ticket. gonna get the miami tickets later tonight.

since when do they charge to MAIL the ticket? Before, they use to charge you to Print it and mail was free.

Don't even get me started on Ticketbastard. I think it's ridiculous that they charge you to print YOUR OWN tickets. I'm using MY printer to print them, how can you charge me for that??

it gave me the option to Print for free but charged me $5 to mail it to me. thats the first time i've ever seen that. usually its the other way around

edit: just got my miami tickets and ticketmaster gave me the Mail option for free as well as the Print option free. Damn orlando  : rant

Detroit Ticketmaster has charged for either option for about the last 3 years. It's a ridiculous rip off.

I paid the $5 to have them mailed in my possession, $5 for hard ticket souvenirs is worth it!

i havnt been to the new arena yet, but boss gives out his club seat tickets to whatever crap he dosnt want to attend. ive heard the club seats are not so great for concerts, you're "way up there" but you can hear everything in your room and get food and drinks

According to the seating map on Ticketmaster there's 839 seats left plus "medium availability" on the GA floor.

There's an interactive seat map for this event, you can see the availability for each section.

Btw, the venue's capacity for end stage concerts is 16,000.

That might be.

Must be different from arena to arena then, because in some you could buy both lower and upper level seats.

Yeah I thought it was Orlando where you could do that, but it might have been Miami

Wonder when they will release the upper level for sale... The lower is real close to capacity... Cant imagine they would force people to get GA when the whole upper bowl is available

An damn I wish they had that interactive map for all shows!

Can anyone recommend a decent (I don't want to break the bank, though) hotel that's within walking distance of the Amway Center?
Thanks.

I think I'm going to book the Sheraton orlando downtown hotel-it says it's only a few blocks from the stadium.  it's about 139 a night.
