I attended one of the Chicago tapings of the X-Factor auditions at the Sears Center along with 3000 others and was very excited when Simon Cowell and the judges came out to GNR's cover of "Live and Let Die."  Now for the past few weeks all the X-Factor promos on Fox have featured LALD.  Good theme song choice!
