but he comes back with a broken rib and gets the W!
where are all the Romo-haters tonight!?  Smiley
the 'boys could be fucked next week against the fore'skins.  Austin and Felix Jones will likely be out...maybe Dez Bryant too.

well it took overtime to beat a shitty SF team... So nothing to be overtly excited about.

That shitty SF team gave the cowgurls a win...but it was nice to see Romo play good when so many Dallas fans love to hate on him

Romo, yes the Romo u Romo-Haters have shit on for so long, not only had to overcome the Niners...he had Dez out, a still-shitty o-line, Felix Jones banged-up, and 2 fractured ribs.
Oh yeah, don't forget Kitna fucking things up with 2 turnovers...to say he had to overcome some obstacles WITHJ 2 BROKEN RIBS!!! is saying something.
I also heard this morning he now has something like 30 straight games with a td pass...something Aikman or Staubach didn't do.
Colin Cowherd makes excellent points defending Romo.  I agree with him.  yes
If Austin AND Bryant are out next week, god damn that will be tough for the 'boys against the 'skins next week.

Coop

I have to agree with ya Coop...or more accurately, the "weakest" link is Jerry J.
Gone are the days of shooting from the hip, winning by amassing big $ players...(or fleecing my Vikings to bring home 3 Lombardi's!!!  rant)
It's all about finding the right front office that knows how to manage salary caps/drafts/contracts, etc.
Fuck, give it a few years and IBM's Watson will be running the show for a few NFL teams.  hihi

Jerry is a great showman, and I genuinely like the guy.  He'd be a hoot to hang out with from what it looks like...but owners just need to realize it's best if they hire the right people.

Nice win by the Raiders today, they should be 3-0 but after the last decade I'll take 2-1 with a smile.

Vick once again showing he doesn't have what it takes to go a full season.

If NFL games only lasted the first half, the Vikings would be the best team in the league.

What a completely horrible game today by my Jets. The defense couldn't stop a nose bleed and in the second half the offense totally sputtered. They are a much better team then the way they played today.

To be fair, the Raiders have come a long way over the years and are moving in the right direction.  Oakland isn't an easy place to go into and win.  I didn't see any of the game, but I'm sure Oakland had a little something to do with the outcome of the game.

I could say similar things about the Pats/Bills game.  The Patriots were dominating that game in the first half.  Looked like Brady and Welker were going to break all sorts of records, and the defense came up with 2 picks to help the cause.  But the second half was all Bills.  Forced Brady into 4 INT's.  A few weren't really his fault, but still, you can't throw 4 picks and expect to win.  And the Patriot defense, who I had hoped would turn a corner with all the additions they made on the D-line, looks as bad if not worse than last year.  Not only are they still not getting consistent pressure on the QB, but what in the world has happened to Devin McCourty?  Talk about a sophomore slump.  The Pro-Bowl CB from last season has been attacked and beaten repeatedly by the opposition these first three games.  He's looked awful.  That's not a good sign, when he's supposedly one of your top 3 defenders.

The Bills have a legit offense though.  Fitzpatrick is proving he can play QB at this level.  Stevie Johnson is a damn good WR, Fred Jackson is a great RB.  They've got some other pretty good WR's and a good TE.  They have some weapons on offense.  I'm not sold on their defense however, and I don't know if they can afford to keep falling behind every week and having to play the comeback role.  Although, that seemed to work for the Jets last year, so who knows.

If you're waiting...don't. Live your life. That's your responsibility not mine. If it were not to happen you won't have missed a thing. If in fact it does you might get something that works for you.

Oakland definitely had something to do with it. They made adjustments in the second half and were better on defense. However, the jets offense in the second half too many dropped passes etc and the defense sputtered.

I'm torn!

We start 2 rb's, standard scoring
2 wr's, standard scoring.

Choices include:  Matthews, Mendenhall, Foster, and Tate.
WR:  V Jax, Maclin, Nelson, Colston, Craptree.

I'm coming off a week Mendenhall freakin' killed me...close loss and he pooped the bed.
So, Matthews is a lock to start.  Tate's a lock for the bench.  Mendenhall's @ Houston, with Foster coming back from injury.
Pitt's o-line looked ravaged on Sunday Night football against the Colts.
But, Houston's given up 5 yards per carry this season.
Plus, the Steelers can stuff the run pretty good (usually).
Prevent me from flipping a coin on this one guys!

V Jax ha to start if he's healthy.  So, Maclin or Nelson?  Nelson is the safer pick in my eyes, less ceiling, but with Maclin hurting (hamstring) it could be a very bad play!
Colston's just coming back from a long lay-off, and Craptree's been hurt all year too.

Any recommendations and rationale behind it?

Thanks in advance.
