Looks like it's just something for the people to have some fun but in the end they say something like "Vote n' have your fingers crossed to see your favorite artist/band at the "Palco Mundo"

Maybe they're testing the audience to see what we want. So, let's vote!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would you travel all the way to RIO? not sure where you are from... I'm already saving just in case it happens !
It wont be the easy'st festival for me in my wheely but for once in a life time I would love to experience the vibe of that festival.
