G`N`R myspace page

Just wondering if anyone else has had a look at guns myspace page recently , it`s different also under shows it has france march 24`TBA could have been there for a while cos i don`t really go on there just wondered if anyone knows anything?

And yes, that is a good spot, but my instinct tells me it's probably something old related. And if it was true, I would be so there.

GN'R have played 4 shows in France over the last 4 years, and I've seen 3 of them. I would definitely go to France again in a heartbeat to see Guns.

If i`m honest i haven`t been to that site for a while and i tried to delete the post `cos i had a feeling we might have discussed it before i feel like it could have been there for a while but if they are i will be attending

I'm already there, if they are playing. But seeing as the status update on their page was posted around Aug 2010, I feel it might be an old thing.

I'd be quite certain it's old. Barely anybody uses Myspace anymore, so if they had any updates I'm sure they'd put them up on facebook or twitter.  Unless of course, they're trying to hide the information.  In which case, Myspace would be the perfect place.

I really hope it's true, but I'm not going to be greedy. We had an amazing tour last year, and now it should be the US's turn. But in saying that, I'd be the first person to snap up tickets, and start booking flights to all of the shows.

Myspace turned into a real mess since there last update, everyone's profile got screwed up.
Anyhow if its true I'm definitely going to France again ;-)

Well it was nice while it lasted, that little bit of news gave me excited and joy for a few hours. But in reality I think it's only fair to give the US their tour now, going back to Europe no matter how much I want them too, would be kind of a let down for the US fans.

If GN'R announced a tour in Europe, I would be going to everywhere again just like 06/10. I love this band and I might even travel to the US to see them, we'll see where they play.

And yes, myspace has compeletely wrecked their page. With stupid advertisements all over the place, it defeats the object and soon they'll be forcing us to watch adverts we have no interest in. A shame really because, just like ebay, as soon as something simple gets popular, big companies always try to muscle in and commercialize the hell out of them, just to get money in sponsership deals, makes me sick really.

Back on subject, I can't wait for Guns to get back on the road, wherever it is. The best band ever, and the best singer ever.

Just something to add about the myspace page i realised there`s no best buy advert so maybe that tie- in finally ended ??

The Best Buy exclusivity ended awhile back.  But it's still about the only store in the US you'll find the album.  Maybe in some smaller record stores too, but the Targets and Wal-Marts aren't exactly lining up big orders to get Chinese Democracy on their shelves.
