If this was gonna happen, it would have happened maybe 10 years ago....  obviously Axl has no desire to throw himself to the "wolves" (i.e. media) so to speak.

I guess some folks are seriously hard up for something to discuss here. You have seen how much press Axl has done in the last 15+ years right? He's not going on any of these fuckin shows.

And I know this may be a shock to some of you hardcore Axl fans ........but Oprah's audience of middle aged women are probably not waiting on the edge of their seats for that Axl Rose interview.

I can only imagine one show for GN'R that would really do them justice and that is Later With Jools Holland on BBC.

A talk show is a talk show..could care-less which one he would go on too. Just would be cool to see some type of in depth interview. Piers morgan would be cool though.

If Axl was to do a TV interview, I'd much rather that it was with someone like Charlie Rose.

The questions are meaningful, the discussion is substantive and the point is to get the interviewees to have their say, not to create a scandalous or hollow hallmark moment.

I think Axl's a very engaging interview subject and the past interviews with Kurt Loder and the hangout session with Eddie Trunk etc. were all great. So I would love it if he did another long interview.

Although I know it would never happen, I would like a full length interview between Axl and Howard Stern. I'm torn between this because on one hand, I would like an interviewer who is more serious than Stern, and one that doesn't crack a joke every other second. But, I really dig the idea of Stern because he himself is a rocker, and he has lived that kind of lifestyle more than other standard tv personalities. As well as this, he goes back with GN'R from the beginning, so I'm thinking he would ask more relevant questions than say Conan, King, Oprah.

Other than him, the other obvious favourite is Kurt Loder.
