I believe theres been other great albums since Appetite from GNR, like the Illusion albums etc, but u gotta agree that they still live up off of that album! 

An AFD remaster would be great! HDCD like all the Van Halen albums. It would be wonderful! 
Even though i already have a remastered SHM-CD of Apetite! Can't get much better than that

Tonight I listened to Appetite For Destruction from start to finish, in it's entirety. And it made me really emotional, brought back alot of memories for me.

This album is my life, and will always be my saving grace. It made me think back to my teenage years, when it seemed like it was me against the world. Every song is just fucking amazing, and it's like God spinkled his touch all over it.

Thank You Axl, you are my inspiration.

get the MFSL or/and the 1st Japanese pressing (# 32XD-821) of "Appetite" . those are the best quality versions we have so far, both are superior to the SHM-cashmakers-only-versions.

for re-masters i'd be very sceptical, there are tons of BAD loudness-war-re-releases these years, resulting in inferior products compared to the original albums.
off course a proper transfered/edited/mixed 24bit version from the original AFD master tracks would be nice to get at a point.
so are all the Proshots which seem to collect dust in the vaults only
