States Tour in February! YES! I'll be going to see them everywhere within driving distance (4-5 hours) of me!


 

same here, ive been dying to see them with DJ Ashba but didnt have the cash to do an out of country trip.  I will def try to make up for it when they come to the states.

I didnt have the cash for it either but went to UK  to see them 4 times- looking 4 place to live now- broke as hell now but it was worth it- thank god caught nite w/Duff!

But yeah anything within 5-6 hrs. of NC will be my target for the US 4 sure!

I'm excited for both USA concerts and a possibe next album, but I can't help but wonder how Axl feels about one of his bandmates talking about future plans.  He has all of them so tight lipped about future plans that I wonder if he would be pleased to hear what DJ said.

 DJ could have gotten the green light to be candid. Maybe Axl no longer wants the shroud of secrecy around the band as all is going really well this time around.

I want an album. Tours are great and all but I'd rather see the tour AFTER the next album. You can't beat new music, especially from this current lineup.

I planned trips and paid for seeing them twice in Canada but got caught up at the god damn border and never made it to either show. So I've been dying for them to come back to the US asap!

Well, the official GNR Twitter posted a tweet with the YouTube link, so I dont think that would be a problem. Still, the members stated several times how there's no gag order.

Somebody stop him!  There's no get your hopes up for an album until the label approves the songs, enough for a whole album.  This is what made the rest of the guys stop talking.  

US tour, just when I get new carpet too.  Not sure if I should be excited I have floor space to house my out of town friends or scream skip St. Louis the carpet is new!

Draguns, hopefully we get to meet up again before the show.  I've made 3 pilgrimages north from Delaware to see GNR.  Boston '02, NY '06, NJ '06...'10 would be great, but as a beggar I can't be a chooser.

I doubt it will be televised.  They rarely, if ever, show the Star Spangled Banner being played unless it's a nationally televised game.  Someone at the game will have to tape it.  Too bad he couldn't do this at a Patriots game so I could see it live.
