Who's in for a private GN'R Fan Show

I suggested this last Sunday on Twitter and in my (hungover) mind I was thinking about the Russia private show and thought it would be wicked if I was rich enough to do that. I'm not. So I thought why not pool money together for a private gig (wherever - but to fit in with their tour plans. When I said 'wherever' I meant US or UK - I cannot afford Oz). Why isn't this possible? My job involves event management and I know it's a lot of planning an a lot of red tape but if a filthy rich Russian can do, why can't we with pooled money?
It doesn't have to be a rip off, I'd just pay $1000 for an intimate show. And thats how much John suggested for an 1000 person show to make a million dollar fee.
