Oh, I see it now. I confused it with another site...

Yeah, I remember that. I think that was back in 2001 or before. Seemed to have some potential but it got ditched.

I remember this site as well, but I never had any idea it was official.

The oldest official site I can think of was the black background with the GN'R star logo. And it had 3 options, tour dates, mailing list, and I'm not sure if the other.

That was during the silent years, but looking back on it, it was so much fun looking for every bit of info you could find.  Grin

Haha, I always have to smile when I watch the VMA 2002 performance and Axl says that during the interview. Definitely one of Axls' best lines ever, at least Axl never chose to led people on in that interview, he said it outright.  hihi
