Its the same Pitman, yes!
Danny Carey and Chris Pitman are friends. They even have some music project together.

Yeah Carey and everyone else in Tool especially MJK are always involved in various projects, cant tell which one is current. I do recall Pitman and Carey being musically and professionally associated with something in the past.

Carey also played on Chris Pitmans Lusk album. Chris Plays on a couple of songs on the Tool album ?nima.

Thanks for the recommendations, truthfully I havent even gotten into 'Sex Tapes Live', but I did not know about Pitman's role in Aenima.
