That damn well better not be Chris' tambourine he was touching!  rant

Are we gonna get any reviews/info about the show besides the Duff mentions?
Not that that isn't nice too but I'm sure the guys weren't all just standing around with their thumbs up their asses.

Just love this  Smiley

You downplay the fact that Duff played with GNR for the first time since what, 1997 (?) .... honestly, that's the biggest news out of this show. A nice setlist? Yes. But it was fucking Duff!

That's all that matter about the night to me, I'm sure many people feel the same way.

Grin sounds epic. I just cried. SO did both tommy and duff play bass? Did axl and duff shake hands or hug on stage? did he just walk out or was he introduced?

For anybody who thinks Duff playing with GN'R is some kind of sign of a reunion: Go fuck yourselves....

I know it might offend some, but that's as clear as it gets.  ok

 ok

I'm glad HTGTH doesnt entertain the kind of obsolete discussion going on at the other GN'R forums.

Was just great to see them perform live together again, Axl was grinning from ear to ear.

So duff, how you fixed for sunday?  Wink

end of the vid, Tommy appeared without a bass and Duff handed it to him before walking offstage, so i dont know.

thats HUGE of Tommy to be so selfless and allow that to happen. big props to him for that!

Correct...but do you think it's just a one time thing..or for a few shows like with Izzy? Or is there also a possibility of Duff reuniting with GN'R?
No full reunion but maybe only Duff that might return?? Dunno...isn't that possible? If Axl and him are friends (again)...I think it would be great. Anyhow...let's see what happens. It was a big and nice suprise!!  peace

Your absolutely right. I like Tommy in the band...but sorry to say that I'm pretty excited to see Duff back on stage with my fav band.
It is a big nostalgian feeling (is that a correct english word?) ...I am fan of this band since the '80s, so please understand my feeling. I am not against Tommy, but Duff and Guns... smoking  drool

Exactly what I was going to say. Biggest reason Duff wouldn't come back full time is Tommy would have to leave and that's pretty unlikely at this point. (Up to a point you can get away with adding extra guitars to songs/bands but it doesn't really work that way with bass.)

Depending how long Duff's in the UK and what else he has to do here I wouldn't be suprised if he did a few shows with them, but that's the most I think anyone could expect.

Besides I want Loaded to tour their new album!
