yes, its clipping. it was
a) recorded too loud or
b) edited the wrong way resulting in those typical loudness war frequencies:

Yeah, I know about the loudness war. Its that I'm using a new notebook and I don't have much apps installed yet, so I was kinda afraid it was my soundcard already fucking me up. Thanks for the info, tho. Smiley

I don't know if it was either recorded or amplified wrong, but I found it quite unconfortable to listen to.
