I liked, sounds good. I wish you could do the higher octave, tho.
Still, good job! Made me feel like recording the guitar solo and mix with your version, but I don't even know how to play it yet.

Haha!! Thx!!
When you know it, feel free to record it!!
I might try it with the higher octave. I'll post it if I think it's not too bad!

Nice version, so cool to hear people still into gnr, and making their own versions of the (new) songs.
Among my friends, I think the last time I heard someone play Gn'R on guitar or piano was back in the early 90's. They all "moved on" I guess....

Thanks Eirik!!!
Here you have my version of November Rain, on the guitar. Please keep in mind that I am not a guitar player, I only play to accompany myself when I sing! ;-)

That was cool. I like your voice a lot, it's really relaxing. I too like how you keep the solo space instead of just jumping in to the next verse. Keep them coming.

That was really nice, it's nice to see you care about the structure of the song. Most people would have left the rhythm behind the solo, and just went straight into the last verse.
Just as Voodoo pointed out, the only thing which could do with adjusting is the pitch of the voice, maybe a little higher. But, I could totally rock the solo out to that track, I might try it soon.
Nice work, Evita.

I do appreciate all your comments guys! Keep 'em coming!
I'm working on Don't Cry right now. I find it really hard to sing, especially because you have to find a middle between the low and high voices on the album version. Not sure I am satisfied yet, I'll post it when I think it's at least OK!

This is my take on Estranged, only my voice tho, no guitar this time. I used Axl's piano version and sang on it.

Ha, is that you? Cute kid.
I love your voice, somehow reminds me of a PJ Harvey take on Estranged. It's a different mood than the original, and that's awesome - why would you force to get at the same thing as the original? Really nice job as always, keep them comming!
My only complaint about the video is about your mic or recording device. Seems like it's clipping everytime you breath or put your mouth near the mic, kinda annoying to listen to and it overshadows your singing sometimes (the best part of the song to me is when Axl changes his mood suddenly to say "without you" - and that's barely audible in your recording, saddly). Maybe you could set up the sensibility of the microphone a bit and sing a bit far from it?

Yep, it's me at 6! Haha! Changed a bit since then ;-)
Thanks for your comments, they are realllyyy appreciated, as always!
For the mic, you are absolutely right. I hesitated to post the link here because of that. I use a very poor mic, the one that came with my first computer in 1997!!! I really should buy another one. I'm sure that by improving the mic, it would sound alot better. Than I could find the best way to sing in it cause right now, anyway I use it makes these little clipping. It sucks! Sometimes I make a good take and have to do it all over again cause there is too much clipping... *sigh*. I'll try to find a better way to sing in it, if possible, until I can buy a new one.
Thanks again!!

Oh, I think you should consider buying a new one then. I dunno where you live, but here the most simple PC mic is about $4.

I just added another version of November Rain, done with a back track. My friend Pat is on the guitar. I'm not that good, haha! I'm on the vocals. Enjoy!

You know I really love your voice, so there's nothing much I can say about that. But I think your friend did actually a good job, I didn't expect the bends to work so well in the solos. Congrats to both of you!
