Lol, that was a Brazilian guy. He says they are playing Mr. Brownstone and end up saying "damn, can't fucking listen". Tongue

good to see shackler's back in the setlist!!

I remember when i was seeing the band in Montevideo, Uruguay, during Shackler's, i was with a (recently added) friend/GNRfan jumping and singing like 2 posessed guys. We were so fucking nuts among a whole lot of ''quiet'' people in the VIP zone that it was very easy to note us. All the band noticed ''these 2 crazy guys'' (Richard and Ron smiled), but Axl seemed not to notice us (or to be too focused on his performance). But at one point Axl saw us, stayed looking at us for a couple of seconds with a very serious face, and suddenly he made an enormous smile like saying ''hey fuckers, you do know the song, dont you?'' That was probably the most incredible moment in my ''rock-life'' haha.

Axl Rose looking you straight to your eyes and smiling, 3 meters away from you... that was priceless.

Needless to say Montevideo was the best show of the 3 I was able to attend this year. He sang and performed like a fucking beast.

We waited 8 hous in the (absolutely static) line, then 4 hours more to the band to pop up... do any of you think I (or any of us) was ''mad'' at Axl? Fuck no. In fact, that delays make the gigs a hell lot more emotive, epic... when the lights go out, nothing else matters.

that's an incredible shot Jarmo.

Its not an easy task to shoot in an indoor arena, with not too many lights, to a person in fast motion.

Any chance you can upload that particular foto in its original size? I'd love to make a poster with it (and also loved the deejay pic with the Milan shirt) Thanks!  beer
