Rocker Tommy Stinson (Guns N' Roses, Soul Asylum, Replacements) popped the question to Philly musician Emily Roberts, mother of their 21/2-year-old daughter, Tallulah, last week at the home of Roberts' aunt, Debbi Calton of WMGK-FM (102.9), during a family get-together. Stinson, who first sought permission from Roberts' father, John, is en route to a GnR tour of Europe.
