After being dumped via text message on tuesday I hit the bar a day later, being on a vacation and all.

It was a fun night with drinking games and I even manage to play it cool when this fucker is trying to hit on a girl on my table who's interest is, well, me. Needless to say she wakes up at my place.

I hang with her a few days and decide to go and have a few with my friends on friday. And there's that guy again, constantly picking a fight with me. I do my best to ignore him and tell fim to fuck off since I'm not interested fighting him.

So after the bar is closed I'm talking to this chick, I end up banging, this same guy comes to pick a fight. I tell him to get lost and he grabs my phone and throws it in a puddle. Next thing he knows is my fist connecting to his face and then the bouncer tackles and handcuffs him. The girl I was talking with saves my phone and I notice I can't use it to call a taxi, so I end up at her place.

The next day we're celebrating my b-day and we go to this pub and this absolutely stunning blond girl walks to me and kisses me and tells me I might just be the love of her life.

I think I had a pretty good week, how was yours?

Well, being a romantic isn't my strong side. Even if I'm known to dangle in that field if a girl is worth the effort.

You said you've been seeing her for a month so your plan with flowers, card and home cooked meal sounds nice and I'm sure you won't fail with it. But it isn't anything different, exiting or you. In other words it seems the easiest way to go.

(But then it's better than nothing, so I dare the ungrateful bitch to complain.)

Now if you want to impress her don't go with what you think is a nice thing to do before getting laid, but and instead try to do what she would want. For an example ask her friends for some ideas.

And be careful; doubling the bets and going over the top with something truly special in this early stage might just be a bit wrong. And you'd have hard time coming up with something better next year



I'd keep the flowers and the card and ditch the home cooked meal and go with some picnic or restaurant and later at home light a few candles and open a bottle of wine. Or let's go with the orginal plan, but take her to a spa to relax or something.


I'll give you kudos for not with the heart shaped choclate box, that's so lame, unless she a fat chocolate guzzler.
