Just looking for some help. If anybody is familiar with car parking around the manchester evening news arena could they recommend a safe reasonably priced car park.

For anybody who is interested in last minute tickets to Manchester on 18/10/10 and doesn't mind buying off ebay. There is a seller who is selling standing tickets who is willing to listen to offers. See link below

Has anyone else ordered there Manchester ticket(s) from ticketmaster. I'm interested if those who did, have still not recieved them like me.
I'm not too worried as I got an email about a month ago saying that they expected them to be late. But it is getting close now, just over a week.

Don't worry, you're not the only one! I ordered through Ticketmaster and not received my Manchester ticket yet, either. Expect it'll arrive in the next couple of days.

Depends on your definition of reasonable.
Last time I checked it was ?4 or ?6 for 8 hours. No other payment options were available.

Got my Manchester ticket this morning.
I'm unsure whether to drive over or get the train. I'd rather get the train, but I'm very aprehensive of the time Axl will come on stage. I missed my train in London in 2006 due to his late arrival and spent all night walking around Euston until 5am when the station re-opened. I do not fancy doing the same again.
Guess I'll just weigh everything up and work it out from what he does at the first few shows this week.

I'd rather drive but there's the added cost of petrol and parking. Anyone know the best place to park by the M.E.N.? I was thinking maybe one of the NCP multi storeys.
