I wasn't there, but the picture is obviously taken after Paradise City ended (house lights on, confetti on ground). And the time being almost 2am, it could be some people left a little earlier.

Thats because the arena was pretty big and no one wants to buy the tickets where you stand so far from the stage.
The empty chairs were mostly on the other side of the arena cause no one wanted to stay so far from the stage.
The place was packed though, we could hardly breathe in the crowd, the security guards would even throw water at us and give us water to drink during the shows

You come to that conclusion based on a photo taken during the last song of a long show?

Some people always leave earlier to beat the traffic etc.

The place was more packed than that photo let's you believe.

Sebastian Bach!  I gotta say Sebastian is very underrated these days, his band rocks and he still sings like he's 25! Really cool to be able to see my two favorite singers live on the same show!  ok
