Is there any way to see a diagram of the venue?, can't seem to find one (Bercy).

So Cat 2 is basically general admission right?, so Cat 1 must be reserved seating, but what is Cat 3?. Is it just upper and lower levels?.

As I had seats in 2006 for the Paris show, this time I want to stand, so I guess I choose Cat 2?.

Cat 3 is upper levels. You'll be really far from the stage. Here's a map of the venue :

The promoter's website is the only one distributing tickets right now :

I plan to take seats in one of them.

I couldn't find a map for those venues (well, not one related to GN'R's concerts).

GDP.fr says the following:

Cat.1 (close to the stage): reserved seats
Cat.2: general admission
Cat.3 (far from the stage): seated (reserved in Paris and Lille, not reserved in Amn?ville)

Edit: I did find a map on Fnac.com for Amn?ville:

("gradins" means balconies, "parterre debout" means general admission and "scene" means stage)

And here's one for Lille:

("tribune haute" means upper lovel, "tribune basse" means lower level and "scene" means stage)

Sorry, they didn't have better quality maps Wink

Who's going where ? Getting my tickets tomorow ?

Hey, Band members, it's been years of following, after shit years ( some of you know ) you know what would really cheer me up ? two backstage passes, simply to stay hello and talk a bit. I'm 35 now, passed my prime lol...won't be a bother, just a lil meet and greet sorta...

Cheers...

I fucked that up.  Let's not spoil their joy and the fact the band is touring with our issues.  Just want to say, it's noted and missed.

France is a cool place.  Ron has lots of fans there.

I have just purchased my Paris, Bercy ticket.  Grin

I just want to check, I chose the E - Ticket option, and for those who have done the same as me. I believe the ticket covers half an A4 page, is this the same for everybody else?.

I just want to make sure as my E - Ticket for Toronto, covered all of the page.

(Also Will and Pandora, thanks for all your help in this thread).

The categories are the same. It's just that cat.3 doesn't have numbered seats, so you can sit anywhere in that category.

This website, for example, sells tickets for Amneville :
http://www.ticketnet.fr/shop/fr/manif.asp?idmanif=203226&idtier=78768#AncreTopPage

It's nice because you can pick the gate you want (it seems they only have two blocks left though). You can either print out the ticket or have sent it to you.

Another URL :
http://www.fnacspectacles.com/place-spectacle/manifestation/Hard-rock-Metal-GUNS-N--ROSES-AGUNS.htm#

In this case, pick "GRADINS" rather than "GRADIN HAUT".

I'v got my tickets for Lille! So very excited about it! I saw them in 2006 in Paris and that was a great show. I will also buy tickets for Antwerp. Two GnR concerts in 3 days. Sounds great!!!!!

Down side is that you'll (or me in any case) will have to pick up the tickets an hour before the show, that sucks.

They can't send you tickets abroad via registered airmail?
Cat. 2 is General Admission (but no access to balconies).

no option for that so it seems. Just stated that tickets must be collected an hour before show. ah well. saves me panicking about losing it i guess! thanks for the info in this thread. quite tempted by Bercy as well...

You can always just choose E - Ticket.

But you might prefer to have a proper ticket, but I feel it's just as good if not a better choice. You can print off as many as you want to keep in your backpack, pocket, wallet, just incase you loose one. I guess it's OK to choose Will Call, but I love having an option of choosing an E - Ticket as I feel it helps alot.  Smiley

I may also be going to Lille too.  Grin
