i have a gallien krueger and a esp special metal bass and im looking for how can i have duff mckagan sound with that or a sound close to him.

someone can help me?

Get rid of the ESP and buy a Fender Aerodyne or Squier Jazz bass, put on some Rotosound strings, add some slight chorus effect (pedal) and play with a pick.
