I don't know the venue's camera policy.
I remember in 2006, they took my camera away and let a friend in with a better camera. Makes no sense.
I'll also arrive in Oslo in the afternoon and will head to Elm Street at some point. I'll probably stick around for a while.

Thanks Jarmo, nice to know that they have such an explicit policy at the Spektrum
See you in Elm Street!
It depends.. i guess they can be strict about cell phones in the start of the concert.. but when 8000 people satrat waiving with them, its difficult to refuse them that.
I think I'll chance to take my pocket camera too and stuff it in my bra or something to get in....

This policy, if true, is absurd imo.

Do u have any clue Jarmo, if there wil be closed and limited places in the front of the stage in Oslo? Damn i hope not! Coz im planning on staying on elm street for a wile, and not outside spektrum
In the firsth concert in 2006 there where no limited places in front, but the second concert a week later I think there where limited places in front. (d?rlig i engelsk. det eg meina er at dei delte inn i nokre seksjoner i den andre konserten, men ikkje i den f?rste.

Yes, usually the gelredome takes 34.000.
But they will do it in the xs version. (Like the Kiss show this year)
Capacy in this case is approx 12.000.

I just realized that after the show in Denmark, the band is off for about 2 and 1/2 months!! While the next show is in August in the UK, whats the plan? Im not sure if I missed something or what, kinda odd to see two months of no activity between European dates. I dont know, i dont want to speculate too much but I'd say that since they are touring for a bit, they want to take a break in the studio, or to get some other stuff out of the way or to have a 2 month vacation! I thought maybe I missed something that explains the break between dates.

They will spend their hard earned summer holidays.

Well since the Reading and Leeds festival appearances were announced a while back, the majority of the new dates that have cropped up have been after them shows.
I think this time around, since GN'R are doing more dates in certain countries than in 2006, and also with the Russian shows. I feel that's why they have planned a break in between the Europe tour, to give them some downtime to rest.
I think it's expected since so far they are doing more shows this time around per country, than in 2006. For example France, Italy, and Ireland only had 1 show last time around. While also GN'R only did 1 UK festival appearance last time around, whilst this time they are doing 2.
So I think it's extremely wise to get a lengthy break, since all of the interviews with Richard and Ron so far have indicated this could be a really long tour.
