Not as stupid as starting the show an hour late knowing fine well what that would mean.

Something tells me Axl isn't ultimately concerned with fines.  He's paid plenty of them in his time.  Nothing new.  Not saying it's right or wrong, just how it is.

It's not about fines, Reading Festival could lose its license - a multimillion pound festival.  Thus, this situation will likely get messy in 4 or so minutes

My point is that going on late isn't going to endear G n'R to the neutrals. It's all very well saying 'fuck the neutrals', but us true fans are going to have to hear a load of shit about how 'Axl's a diva', and it will take an awful lot to convince the them otherwise.

But thats the thing. Axl is a diva. We all know that. Most of us here have followed Guns from the early days, and W. Axl Rose has not changed a lot from 1987 til now.

I was talking to my mates uncle last week who saw them at Wembley in '91 and he told me about how he waited hours for them to come on.

Newsflash, Axl isn't a great time keeper.

I don't think they're PLANNING on just playing an hour, thus the normal setlist WITH the solos.
