Anyone has seen this Tommy Lee kind of solo project? what do you thought about it? its not my style of music but occasionaly i find myself listening to this album.
Unfortunately it was only one cd, there was a 2nd one supposed to come out one year after this was released, long long time ago, but then it ended up not happening.

Anyways my favorite songs on this album are "crash" and "Anger Management", but the album was most noticed because of the track "get naked" with Fred Durst.

Tommy Lee needs to report to his drum set behind Motley Crue immediately.  He is one of the best in the world at what he does.  Mayhem is waste of time though, I  bought the album back in 1999, it was garbage.

Its called The Public Record and theres more info on Thepublicrecord.com.

Here's some of the songs on a drum track perspective.
Sounds awesome to me!

As a musician albums like this really give me hope.

THis was probably the worst, biggest piece of shit album I've ever heard in my life.

absolutely terrible in every way imaginable.

pretty much unlistenable.

The 10-15 second clips weren't bad on that interview i posted. I had high hopes cause i love Tommy's solo CD's the Tommyland was a great album imo and never a dull moment as well. i like a lot of the first MOM album

This however.... Timebomb is ok if not for the cheesy lyrics: I don't even know why, all we do is get high......... C'mon that sounds like a lyric a 14 year old amateur would spit out.

The song Louder has great potential but once again, lyrically it just doesn't deliver what the potential could be.

Rest sounds like a poor man's Smash Mouth! HAHA yeah that fucking bad

The album doesnt suck as much as I thought, I mean its not great but 'Time Bomb" was a decent track.  I mean what did all of you expect?  Its fucking Tommy Lee without the rest of Motley Crue, how good was it going to be?
