I was wondering the same. It has the "hand" draw that appears @ Chinese Democracy's Booklet, just next to the Screens at each side!

It kinda reminds me of the UYI tour. Where they had those big UYI I & II banners on either side of the stage at the huge venues and not at all at the small ones.
