To clarify. These are not "fake"
The ones you see, for example from the Brutal.Finds seller, are ones made in OSAKA... the more professional ones are made by a bootlegger in TOKYO.
For whatever reason the TOKYO ones are of a more professional quality than the OSAKA made ones, but never the less they are equally "offical" as any bootleg can get.
how do I know?

I know the store this was bought from. I tried to buy a copy for myself but they are sold out!
Furthermore, THESE ARE BOOTLEGS! ! ! calling one a fake vs another is a bit rediculous... ripping off collectors!? how about the band thats getting ripped of in the 1st place?
I'm bothering to write this because one of the items you have linked to I had a bid on and now it has been pulled by ebay!!!
now GNR bootlegs are going to be flagged along with Pink Floyd, Led Zepplin and a host of others that are now increasingly impossible to find selling on ebay.
IF YOUR NOT INTERESTED IN THE ITEM THEN DONT BID ON IT, simple as that. Whoever it was that brought it the attention of the ebay authorities is a complete MORON.

- BRAVE NEW 2008 (Buenos AireS)---> Sells fake copy of "Last American Hero"(2007 Concert), and other gnr boot like "Accidental fucking Discharge" and "Don't fucking kill each other" . This Users changes always his username
YOU FIND THEM ON EBAY USA: PLEASE INFORM ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND WRITE TO THESE USERS TO STOP THIS! THEY ARE RIPPING OF COLLECTORS.
