Irish radio listeners just raised ?1,181 in 45mins to hear Paradise City on Today FM. Money goes to cancer charity. I donated ?50 last week for them to play Better on the radio which they did. Good cause and great hearing GNR on the air

The station has raised in total over ?200,000 so far for the Irish Cancer Society. The campaign is called 'Shave or Dye', all the DJs sponsored will either shave or dye their hair tomorrow (Thursday 18th) and incidentally they're using GNR's 'Live & Let Die' in part of their campaign promotional radio advert.
