Yes,
this label (THE GODFATHER RECORDS) makes bootlegs with a very good sound quality..I think it's remastered...
Another Gn'R boots made by this is "A NIGH AT THE RITZ".. the good thing is that all bootlegs are a vinyl replica

we have pretty good sources for those 3 show parts:

December 19, 1987 - Madison Coliseum,Madison, WI
1st Generation Hi-Bias Cassette (JVC TD-W309) to CDR (Philips CDR870) to FLAC (Nero 7) to You

December 17, 1987 - Roy Wilkins Auditorium, St. Paul, MN
1st Geneation Hi-Bias Cassette (JVC TD-W309) to CDR (Philips CDR870) to FLAC (Nero 7) to You

December 17, 1987 - Airport Music Hall, Allentown, PA
bootleg CD "Philadelphia Special 1987"

though this new bootleg release indeed sounds good....i wouldnt rule out its just re-edits (with some equalizing) from the ones posted above circulating for free. someone should compare!
but thanks a lot for getting it out anyway, killer show parts!!  peace

A dream realized...

« Reply #16 on: February 12, 2010, 05:33:15 AM »

Each track of a standard audio CD is composed of "sectors" or "frames" that are each 1/75 second long (also expressed as 2352 bytes or 588 samples long). If a track is properly cut on a multiple of 1/75 second, it is "sector aligned", or cut "along sector boundaries." When it is not properly cut, the last sector is like a ragged end, which CD burning software just fills in with silence. Listeners will hear a click or pop between tracks because of the music -> sub-second silence -> music transition. This is extremely annoying and easily avoidable.

....at least when you have taped a show and are tracking it yourself into seperate songs.
with "PARENTAL ADVISORY EXPLICIT CONTENT" it could be it was released like that...then there is not much we can fix properly (original CD release would have been tracked bad and the result stays corrupt).
