« on: January 28, 2010, 02:02:58 AM »

I find it amazing how the crew can disassemble the stage, pack up the gear n' equipment, load n' transport and then reassemble and set up everything so quickly and efficiently.

THE GNR CREW ROCKS!!! headbanger
THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO!!!  beer

Looking forward to the show tonight! To bad it looks like the weather is going to suck, it's actually been pretty good lately.

Are we expecting GN'R to hit the stage around 10:30PM tonight?

8 Hours?  What's your mode of transport, horse and buggy?  You can easily make the trip in five hours, I've done it in four and a half.

I would love to see either one of those songs played; though I'm hoping for Catcher and Prostitute.  Hopefully with tomorrow off and the ACC sold out we'll get a longer set.  Either way I'm sure it will be awesome and good times to be had by all.

Cheers,

Andrew

Anyone else suspect that JD Salinger's death might inspire them to play Catcher in the Rye tonight?  Quite possibly my favourite GNR song... fingers crossed.

heading down tonight about 8 from Newmarket, just north of T.O - taking a limo and bringing my 2 kids...they are so excited. 16, and 12....HUGE GNR fans.  They saw them in 06' aswell.  Was at the Hamilton show it rocked 5 rows up from the side right next to the stage! Wink

8 of us going and 4 are under 20...ha ha this is my 10th GNR show.... ok

no more front row for me.....lol   great to see Axl back in action this is definitely the old Axl but not quite as angry!

although Hammerstein was pretty awesome, front row at the CNE was pretty sweet too....I was 18 and threw roses on the stage and axl picked them up took a wiff and threw them on an amp!.... hihi  woulda been kicked out these days....

Enjoy everyone!!

I can't make it due to an illness (damn flu) but,my 19 year old nephew learned from the best. He's already down there with his bud and will update me on the show. Did I mention (this hurt's but, going to a great cause) they are center stage floor seat's. Have a blast Steve. Hopefully, pic's will follow too. ok

Danko Jones (opening band) Tweeted earlier today that Tonight's Toronto Show has Sold Out.

I just went on Ticketmaster.ca and I could Not find any tickets.
