That live cd is a bootleg and is not part of the official release.

The CD's are the cdsingles for:

- YCBM
- DC
- LALD
- KOHD
- NR
- YD
- CW
- AIF

Is the Top Hat an official GN'R release or a bootleg thing? I remember seeing the second volume in a store back in '94 or '95 but just couldn't afford it.

I had never seen that live CD in either of the Top Hat's before I don't think it should be in there.  I believe the guy selling it probably bought this copy recently for $300USD.  There are a couple of slightly closer pics of that CD here:
