Even the phone...

after these" two shows" i'm pretty sure the band is gonna release this in  some way

Along with Perfect Crime, the 2006 New York shows, the Vegas 01 show... Wink

Like others have said, don't hold your breath. The only surefire way to see these guys live is to be there. I sure as hell hope they do put out a live DVD sooner  rather than later though. It would be great to stick that on for all those 'it's not GNR anymore' haters, and show them what this lineup is capable of.

absolutely! rather than referring unbelievers to Youtube clips, we could shove the DVD in their hands which would give them a much more rounded experience. this band is too incredible to exist as the world's best-kept secret.

By the way, I didn't see it posted here, but I read over at www.gnrevolution.com that the Jackson jam was "I Want You Back" by the Jackson 5.

That's awesome. That's one of the best "grooves" the Jacksons had. Cool to hear GN'R showin respect!

About a dvd/blu ray: All these shows are filmed for live feed on the big screens. It's not the same as filming for a dvd. It's useless even thinking about a dvd because it needs much more planning. You can't just use the same source.
It's great for us fans and awesome for a bootleg but not for an actual release.
It sucks, but it's true.

Besides, a three hour show wouldn't fit on a double layer dvd Wink

A bootleg could be shot in Full HD and then made it in a blu-ray. The band could release it as Full HD too, for free, in YouTube Full HD videos.

Now that is a setlist !
Seems like Axl read a lot of comments on the internet 2008 / 2009.
DJ Ashba brought a lot of fresh "rock n* roll air " back to guns.
It is the first time now that my true opinion is that GNR are fucking back. This is a great band.
I will never bitch again
