Dj is at home with GNR, what a great fit with this band.
Great guitar technique and numerous styles.
And an all around genuine and cool guy.

I must admit - I never heard of DJ Ashba before, and when it was announced that Robin was out and a guy named "DJ" was the new guitarist in GN'R I though Axl had really lost it. I was like, WTF?

No disrespect to the other guitarist that has contributed to GnR, I love them all (well maybe not buckedhead as much). But I was at the Oslo concert and my god.... Star quality, pure class and an entertainer ! Some Norwegian reporters dissed DJ for being a Slash wannabe (because of the hat and a sig, again WTF?). I say he's the true Slash replacement. He is the missing piece since Slash left. I hope to god that DJ will be part of future GNR albums. The solo was 100% the kind of guitar sound I would like to hear more of in GNR songs.

DJ has just got better and better in my view.

I love how DJ does the WTTJ opening note, teasing everyone and this reminds me of Robin. Keep doing what your doing DJ, and I can't wait to see you many more times this summer.

Not knowing anything about the woman involved in this or really even the guy, I'd say this ain't over.  I'm hoping he tweets he missed the flight and is down in Vegas getting married.  May not be very rock n roll but it's better than girl scout cookies and it's hard to top that in my book.
