It's pretty clear: if they start another "new" tour with another name how they would justify it?  "No new album tour"? Plus probably they have a lot of unsold merchandise.
During the last leg they had to put out shadow of your love to bring new life to the tour, but now? It looks like they are just milking the cow. Anyway, they can do whatever they want, i prayed for a reunion and it was one of the biggest gift i ever had, but now I'm more interested in new music, so even if they come to europe i won't spend a dime. At least I hope Axl is not in the mickey mouse mode.

I agree somewhat. I think this might be a momentum thing... maybe a good way to get some good pres again, get interviews etc, then put the onus on music next.. Plus, this should put a little bow on it ending in Vegas. Perhaps next time the tour will be named something else, to coincide with something else  Wink

And how is this calculated for the history books then. The tour already ended and figures were published. Apparently now these are just put on top of the old numbers.

Of course you can have the world's biggest grossing tour if you keep going forever. Why didn't other bands think of that.
