Just ordered the calendar. 31$ with shipping is a bit expensive. But seen the band live four times in the past 2 years its nice to have some memorabilia from the shows.

Lets hope shipping early Jan means i have it before the end of the month (nightrain t shirt took forever)

Wise words. What a bloody mess it all this - some windbag shutting down the Government because he wants a wall built! If it wasn't true you couldn't make it up!

It's quite amusing to see that spoiled brat throwing his toys out of the pram because he can't get what he wants, but I feel for all the people not getting their regular pay cheques as this particular strain of Trump-bullshit takes hold.

And it affects others as well. Like restaurant owners don't do well because the customers don't have any money. Many restaurants near the government buildings have something like 80% of their customers working there. Getting breakfast and lunch.

Some places offer discounts with a government ID. What a bloody mess.

Trump doesn't like facts. You won't find many people across the world now who think Trump is even worth mentioning in the same breath as Obama. Trump is mentally unstable and not fit for office,  as is becoming increasingly obvious to everyone bar a minority that is diminshing by the day.

It's not even really worth discussing as it's all so damn obvious. The world knows he's a sexist, racist, idiotic self-serving nutcase, as there's very little evidence to the contrary.

If only Donald had a bit of 'peace and love' in him, the world would be a better place.

Are the pictures in it all from the 2018 tour? Does it say what venues? I need a calender but it's a bit pricey to get it imported over......

I think politics is fair game if Axl brings it up. No one is bringing up this stuff randomly- it's pretty normal to discuss any statements members of the band make to the public, whatever the subject matter may be. If it's what a fool Trump is..........so be it!

The dates are not written, but im sure that most of the pics are from 2018, Euro leg mostly. Slash is using his new (kinda tobacco coloured) lespaul in a few pics. He premiered that guitar in Berlin 18 i think.

It isn't Axl bashing to disagree with political views though. Slayer fans (and members of the band!) are in total disagreement with the right-wing politics one of the band expresses on twitter, but I don't thibk it inpacts on their love of the band. It is a big topic of discourse with them though. It's also worth pointing out that Duff tweets a lot about how much he hates Trump amd even Slash has touched on it. It's clearly a big agenda to the band and the way they work- and could well be a major subject matter for any potential new material. It certainly will be for Duff's new album. Politics is becoming an increasingly large part of the band- to the point where they are happy to have fans beat a Trump manequin onstage. It's got to be a part of diacussion about the band and where they're heading now.

I think it's often the case however that people are OK with musicians they like talking about politics, as long as they agree with them. If not they think the individual should keep quiet and it shouldn't be discussed.

Perhaps we should leave this thread for simply posting his tweets, and have another for discussion/debate of hia tweets. That way people that don't want to discuss whether they agree with him or not can not look? Might be an idea.
