Well, Axl is democrat, he said it in the Jimmy Kimmel interview. And nothing wrong with that. I don't think it's lame at all for artists to voice their political opinions. And frankly, both Trump and Sessions are pretty ridiculous to say the least. I'm kind of ok with the fact that my favorite band is not supporting people like them.

I think he said he would lean that way and that he has never voted since California is deep blue. And it is lame when artists get preachy about politics. It's lame when Ted Nugent does it, and it's lame when Paul McCartney does it. Not saying m'man has done anything terrible here, I just think it's polarizing and really of little value.

I guess what I'm really getting at is that everything is going so well, why risk alienating fans at this juncture? But I guess that's why I like this band. They definitely aren't predictable!

Both really, but mostly just the political expressing. And I bet if you quizzed him he would be more of a libertarian. You know, stay out of my business, let your freak flag fly, etc.
