Frank being the drummer is good stuff. Adler is too risky, Axl and Matt probably still have beef.... and Frank is a stable good drummer. Perfect.

Yep. Eddie Vedder once said that the drummer is the heart of a band....a heart transplant is way too risky and complicated. Frank ia just fine. And by the way, he shared the rumours article...not the support mule kick stuff...pretty straitghtforward. Enough with the bs, im the drummer.

The drum skin was signed by GN'R 2016 and we can all see who's on there.

I still hold the door open for Pitman. We could have a case of him just not being present when they signed that. Was/isn't he on vacation in Central America or something?

I don't wanna miss him in GN'R. He co-wrote some of my favourite songs. I like his input on CD (and Oh My God)

I'm very glad Frank is the GNR drummer, he is the best!

Will wait for an official announcement on the rest of the lineup.

But unlike Adler or Sorum, Frank brings no issues or drama to the regrouping, and he is an excellent choice, very talented.

I agree with the last statements and was fortunate to chat with him after a Chicago show.  He's got the chops.  He seems to have no attitude, issues, or baggage.  He was super nice and chatted music with me like a regular nice guy who loves music.  He will be a great asset.
Yes, there is some nostalgia missing, but I was the "big 3" to set the barren rock world on fire and have a historic rebirth, and they need a great team, for which Frank is a great fit.

Just as Adler fans, and older Gn'R fans get killed on here for wanting this and that... there's clearly a lot of "New Gn'R" fans.

People are hanging onto Pitman being in the band.. why? He ran his mouth, he clearly isn't in. As of now anyways.

He wrote like 3 songs with Gn'R, and played guitar on a couple and did sub bass for them all. He did the least with the New Gn'R recordings. I won't miss him.

He's just a long serving 2001-2015 Nu Gn'R member some of you hang onto. Just like Some of us hang onto Gilby, Steve, or Izzy more.

What you continually fail to comprehend is that a lot of us here are GNR fans of all eras and don't have the segregation lines that you are drawing.

When Pitman comes out talks smack on the present lineup and tour... it's mostly okay. ANd you have people on here hanging onto him still being involved. So I think it's really cute that Nu Gn'R lineup people are just hoping he's still in... for what purpose? What is he going to do on a mostly AFD and UYI setlist?
