Chris is just so awesome!!!  If youze read where people make comments and stuff, you'll see that (not only in this case but in just about all the posts there) Chris is having like actual conversation with people.

And I can tell you from personal experience that Chris sends the best e-mail replies ever!!! 

On two separate occasions, I sent e-mails to Chris via his website, neither of which required a response.

It never occurred to me that Chris, himself, would be the one replying.  Well let me tell you that when I received the first reply it just made me feel sooo great!!!  It was absolutely the nicest, best, friendliest e-mail that I've ever received (and this was to a business-issue type thing).  I even commented to someone that "I don't know who Chris has me confused with but I'm gonna make believe that he really did mean to send that to me".  It was like he was sending a reply to a close friend.

A few months later, I sent a second e-mail.  Again, no response was required or expected.  And yet again Chris sent another really really nice warm friendly acknowledgment of my e-mail ..... which also confirmed that that first reply was indeed meant for me!!!   

Chris made me feel so special.
