Axl did say that with a funny voice @ one of the 2006 shows. I just cannot remember which, but he did. I'll try to find out

he says boyeee at the end of a song on one of the illusion albums.. Can't recall which atm..per chance it was bad apples ?

Well I can't believe that I am replying to this but quite frankly I'm not sure if folks are being sarcastic or not.  First, just play the songs on your record player, cd player, ipod, walkman, etc.  I did not hera "boy or boyee or boi" in Bad Obsession but I may not have been listening that hard.  At the end of Bad Apples he definitely without a doubt says "boyeee!".  Even if he did not, it would not be hard to imagine Axl saying this since he is a known Public Enemy fan which Flavor Flav is a part of.
