If I'm translating correctly, I believe what he meant to say is that the band members' tweets about their solo stuff, (i.e., Ashba merchandise tweet or say any of Dizzy's HnB touring tweets) should be posted in that other thread.

Since GNR and Axl went out of their way to start "OFFICIAL" twitter pages, any Guns N' Roses related tweets should be posted in this "OFFICIAL GNR & AXL TWITTER PAGES" thread.

I don't tweet...and think most of the people who are, view themselves as very self important and have pointless things to say.

BUT, this could be the best thing invented when it comes to Axl.
A great way to communicate to the fans and clear things up right away.
