Finally bought it too to Sao Paulo. Two floor (not premium) tickets, one for me and other to my wife.

Had some issues with the credit card, but I saw all the tickets and areas available.

I?ve been affected by that stupid Ticketmaster system as well and besides being pretty upset by my unsuccessful achievement I still got a sense of humor ..... I can`t help laughing , man--- This is the best Third World thread  I?ve ever seen!!... Take a Look,

Brazilian shows can only be attended by Brazilians (?.Mercosur??, what?s that??)  ;

Montevideo tickets can?t  be bought online (2010???... Online? , internet??, sounds familiar?)

Let's not forget the previous argument about some Brazilians (may be just one) being disappointed for not having Guns n? Roses playing in the Amazonas!??. (That would have been hilarious?. S? os indigenas t?m o ingresso permitido  ).

And, don?t worry!?.Buenos Aires?s sales system is going to work for everyone, any race, color, nationality, online, offline?.but  tickets are going to be sold-out before going on sale....hahaha?Don?t believe it? Wait and see!?.It?s promoter`s new trick to make people feel desperate? .

u are right Chivi the way to buy tickets is a mess, but it will be worthy, the best rock audiences in the whole world are in south america, just wait and see... SA is the real "Jungle" in every sense hehe

tickets4fun.br system SUCKS. What makes me angry is not the impossibility of buying tickets itself, but the no-replies from its support staff.

I emailed them twice, not 25 times like a freaking lunatic. And they dont even had the dignity of replying me saying at least ''no, you third world bastard, no tickets for you''

anyway, if there is something remarkable here, is how incredibly helpful and nice brazilians are. I could mention one by one all brazilian users from this board who had tried to help me with this, offering help from all kind. I think I cant expect this kind of help from people from my own country.

So, no matter if i can solve this or not, thank you to all of you, brazilians. You know who you are. 

Oh, and if any of you is planning to come to argentina (its really cheap, and you can buy online...), I offer myself to help you with everything you might need.

Esteban, just confirming what Mandy said about who buys the ticket for you at the ticket office being able to register it for you, I did that too with my ticket. I went to buy it with someone else's credit card, but I asked the ticket office's attendant to register it in my name. She asked only my name and registered it to their system. My name isn't printed on the ticket. Only half-priced tickets are nominal.

You don't need to have the ticket with your name on it to be able to attend the concert. They won't check your ID at the venue entrance. If you ask someone here to buy for you at the office, that person will have the ticket in hand right away, no delivery needed, therefore no need to show any documentation. The person may keep it for you if you want until you arrive in Brazil or she/he can send it to you through mail.

The buying and registering process is only bureaucratic when you buy online, asking it to be delivered or to be "picked at the office" later. In person, anyone can buy (as long as full price) and give it to someone else or even re-sell.

Only half-priced tickets are nominal.

They are not, as far as I know... If Esteban has one of those International Student's ID, he can ask somebody to buy it for him (with any student's ID) and then he just has to prove that he's a student when entering the venue.

But anyway, not important, I think he said earlier that he was gonna get the full-priced ticket.

Porto Alegre's premium floor, S?o Paulo's covered seats and Belo Horizonte's normal floor tickets are sold out. I just checked Ticketmaster site. But tomorrow is when the official tickets office starts selling the regular tickets, without the convenience charge, for SP and BH, I'm gonna go there just to see how many people will be waiting in line 

I don't think ISC are accepted for half priced tickets. I read at ticketmaster site that only student cards made by or through institutions approved by our MEC are accepted.

Yesterday when I was buying for Premium, the options aviable were:
- Regular Tickets
- +60 and other half tickets

As there was no "Student" I bought "+60 and other half tickets", because I thought, and a lot of people thought, that "other half tickets" included students.
But it doesn't include, and we just found it out today at the morning when we phoned there.
Now I had to cancell my bought and buy 2 regular tickets for premium.

A few lines saying that "other half tickets" do not include students, would have avoided this, but as always, Ticketmaster SUCK!
