The GNR link in both sites Ticketmaster and T4F is gone. They're probably fixing the bugs it had.

Well, that's a little bit weird...

90% of the big acts do the shows on Morumbi

I just remember Iron Maiden that have played on Palestra Italia recently

Capacity 28,599.  Are Guns not the draw they once were in the 90's in Brazil?  After RIR 3 I assumed they could fill almost any venue in South America.

Just one more source confirming it and also adding a new info about pre-sales and regular sales:

Tickets sales will take place in two sets: first for Credicard, Citibank and Diners members and then, a week later, for the rest of the people. The new dates for ticket sales still weren't revealed and other information will be released soon by the promoter [Time For Fun].

I think it's more about dealing with promoters and venue than capacity. Also, remember there will be 5 shows here, not just one like RIR3.

If that fits, Evanescence was also on Palestra Italia.

Way to put a negative spin on it.  Roll Eyes

GN'R has never scheduled five shows in Brazil at once.

Many major acts play one or two shows there. Metallica for example has three in two cities. AC/DC had one!

Maybe the recession or how many shows other acts play aren't a factors you consider...
