He witnessed the extraordinary concerts in Lima this year, another legendary rock band will visit the country between 20 and 23 March 2010.

The American group Guns' N Roses, led by Axl Rose announced his concert in Peru as part of his South American tour. Present their latest work "Chinese Democracy"

This was the first time that the performers of "Do not Cry," "November Rain" and "Patience" in the country to the delight of his thousands of fans at the Monumental stadium concourse or the Stade de San Marcos.

Band Guns' N Roses concert in Peru announced in March


American band Guns' N Roses, led by Axel Ros, announced that he will play in Peru as part of his South American tour in which he presented his latest work "Chinese Democracy.
Guns N'Roses detailed on its website that the South American tour will also include Uruguay, Chile, Brazil and Argentina.

However, the only confirmed date so far is the Centenario Stadium in Montevideo.

Confirmed the list offered by the website, come with Guns N'Roses Axl Rose as the only original member.

Rounding out the band Tommy Stinson (bass), Dizzy Reed and Cris Pitman (keyboards) and Bumblefoot, DJ Ashba, Richard Fortus (guitar) and Frank Ferrer (drums).

According to the website, Guns N'Roses will pass through South America in March.

Maybe you can answer this Slashba.  Do you think since they are playing stadiums in Asia and South America that they'll play 30 to 40 thousand seat venues in Europe or can they fill places like that in major cities such as London, Berlin or Lisbon?  There's lots of medium size venues on here.  http://www.worldstadiums.com/europe/maps/europe.shtml

IMO i think it'll depend on wether they tour the countrys or just do the festivals, if they just do festivals theyre big summer outdoor things, or if they tour the countrys, IE the UK, i think they'll do arenas like 4 or 5 shows like SECC in Glasgow, MEN Manchester, etc etc and maybe 1 stadium gig at wembley, just my thought, they toured europe in 06, so wether they feel they need to tour here again or not is another thing. i hope they come here and do a few arenas personally, i like it better than festivals, and in the 06 tour, im not 100% sure they were selling those shows out

the venue is still not confirmed. but its pretty sure it will be the National Stadium or the Movistar Arena.

don't think that's "another thing", by that logic they wouldn't play in 09 japan since they were there in 07

I don't think they played in Stadium shows in 06 or 07 solo unless that place in Warsaw was considered a stadium.  I was looking at all the dates and venues they played on the illusion tour and it got me thinking if they still had a strong enough  fan base throughout Europe or other parts of the world.  Anyway congrats to everyone in south america.

they played wembley in 06, not sure if it was wembley arena or the stadium, im guessin it was the arena judgin from the pics i rember seeing
