You're welcome.  Can't say I'm itching to see any of those other artists.  I'll tune in for Slash though.  I imagine he will play something AND be interviewed?  I just pray to God Cypress Hill doesn't join him!

Santana, Slash and Orianthi?  This could result in a guitar solo orgasm! Smiley

I wasn't able to find that out, but the show is taped in advance so my guess is he'll Twitter something about it.  And tickets are still available.  Smiley

Charlie Sheen and Slash to Appear on 'Lopez Tonight'

Charlie Sheen and Slash will appear on George Lopez's new TBS talk show, Lopez Tonight, on Monday, November 16 at 11 PM Eastern time.

Sheen, who has always been open about his years of excess drugs, drink and promiscuous sex, said that he once got some surprising advice from his rocker pal, Slash.

Sheen said, "One of my fondest memories is when Slash from Guns N' Roses sat me down at his house and said, 'You've got to clean up your act.' You know you've gone too far when Slash is saying, 'Look, you've got to get into rehab, you have to shut it down. You're going to die.' "He's a terrific guy and I love him - he's a buddy of mine - but I had to step back from that situation and go, 'Yeah, but you're Slash. Whaddya mean?'"

Just got through watching the show.  Slash was with the band all night.  They played "Slither" and "Knockin' On Heaven's Door" respectively going into commercials.  Only televised a few moments of each song though.  Slash interacted with Charlie Sheen and George Lopez, as he's good friends with both of them and they both had very complimentary words towards Slash.  Slash's interview was pretty good.  A couple funny stories.  Mentioned the LAYN charity gig and the upcoming CD.

Overall, a good appearance.

Slash and Lopez together.  I'm glad I didn't tune in, garbage would start spewing out of my screen.

If that's how you feel why are you on this section of the board? Personally I'm a big fan of Slash (hence why I'm here) and George Lopez.

This section of the board happens to be in the Guns N' Roses board I post at.

It's interesting to watch a train wreck take place.  Over and over and over and over again.

Dig it?

Slash was pretty entertaining. He told some stories about him and Adler running around Hollywood as teenagers which you've already heard if you read his book. Gotta say Lopez isn't a great host. Too many pauses like he's not sure what to talk about next, seems unprepared.

Lopez sucks. He isn't even funny. At least he got a Slash signed guitar for his efforts. You want racism jokes? See Russell Peters.
The guitar jam was kind of boring as well.

The other guy was hogging the spot light.

The other player had a lot of compression, sounded like Slash was playing straight into the amp.  Compression can make you sound a lot better than you really are. Slash's tone was pretty raw.  Slash had some nice melodies there.

Lopez sucks.

I didn't think anyone could be worse than Fallon (and he's horrific) but Lopez just may have lowered the bar..
