If you could pick one song (only one!) that has grown on the most since the release of the album, what would it be?

My song would be Catcher in the Rye.  It was in the middle of the pack for me when I first got the album, but now it's in my top three.

took me a lot of effort to dig ''Sorry'' and now I think its one of my all time favourites. Sorry's outro is monstrous.

Riad.... It was always ok as a live song, and I held that against it when CD came out.... The studio version just jams the entire way through

At first I hated "Street of Dreams" (at that time called "The Blues"), it reminded me Oasis, pop band that I've always hated, but with the passage of time it's become in one of my favorites.

Often the best songs take a few listens to get into.

You constantly find new things that makes you appreciate the song more than on the first listen.

The one song from CD that grew on me the most would have to be Catcher in the Rye.

The lyrics in particular come to mind starting from 4:13 finishing up at the end of the song. That part brings the song to a whole new level of greatness.

Probably the only song that I have never really got into was Rhiad.  However, since listening to it properly, with proper production/album quality (i.e not live) I have appreciated it much more as a ballsy rocker.

Like Jarmo said, sometimes the best songs take a few listens to.  I always find listening to an album through an Ipod (or headphones anyway) can completely change how you listen to a song or album.

Riad.

If The World still has to somehow find a way to grow on me.  If there was a way I could scratch that song off the album, I would.  Bucket's solo saves the song from ruin.

I couldn't disagree more.  IFW is absolutely brilliant to me.  Axl's melodies are absolutely superb and Bucket's acoustic guitar and solo work are amazing.  I love the funkiness of the song, too.

That was my opinion on the song, I don't know how I could have worded it clearer.

ITW sounds like someone is pinching Axl in his no-no area.

Don't think my general opinion of the songs have changed a great deal to be totally honest -- If I was to pick a grower I'd say "If The World"

Not that I hated it to start with, but I wasn't a big fan of the lack of transitions between verses and choruses in Shackler's and that always bothered me whenever I listened to it.  Over time I've been able to overlook that annoyance and now I absolutely love the song.

It's your opinion that "If The World" is brilliant?  I thought you said it still somehow has to find a way to grow on you?

What?  Where did I say that?  Nowhere in my first post, and in my second post I gave you the reason why in my opinion, I do not like IF THE WORLD.

Do not like.

No.
