I believe the shirts to be official promo shirts, I bought them from eil.com.  Of course if you look at the band lineup on one of the shirts it must have been released before the album came out, maybe back during the 2002-2003 tour?  There is still a lot I am looking for:

The first one is from the 2001 Vegas Shows, and the second one is also from 2002 - 2003, the writing on the logo is from the early years.

Yeah, I forgot about the auction, but it ended with no bidders.  I emailed the seller and they are going to sell it to me outisde of eBay.  Thanks again for letting me know about it.
