presale for canadian tour?

on the TM website, it says presale begins Wed 21 October -- in 2 days!!!  does anyone have any informatoin about the presale, and where we can get the password, etc?

It was mentioned in the thread that it is possible it is a Radio Presale done by the local stations in Canada....I think it would be only right if there was a pre-sale offered to HTGTH members!

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but often the pre-sales are for radio stations and others associated with the shows.

It might be a good idea to check your local rock radio station's web site and join their mailing list. Especially if they were the ones making the announcement about the show in your town.

Q104 in Halifax offers an oppurtunity to be the __ caller to call in and jump the 'Q'ueue for tickets...but I'm not aware of any pre sale password being offered.

And don't forget the presales are generally not the good seats. They have seats scattered in a number of sections. I've found that checking both the presale and the regular online sale will get you better results on the Saturday they go onsale.

that's weird, like 15 mintutes ago, http://www.ticketmaster.ca/Guns-N-Roses-tickets/artist/735218 listed some of the presales on Wed. and some on Thursday.  Now they've all been moved to Thursday with the exceptkion of SK which is still Wed.

At any rate, it doesn't matter what day presale is...  what we need is the goddamn password.

also, in case mgmt is reading - i really wish more effort would be taken to keep presale passwords under wraps, because what ends up happening is that scalpers end up with most of these tickets anyhow

Online is always better than phone. Just be ready to go at least 5 minutes before it's ticket time.

That would be sweat but I doubt Jarmo has any real control over that.  GnR might have signed an exclusive deal with Live Nation...nobody knows if it happens that would be amazing but either way I am thrilled and a little shocked that GnR is playing both Regina and Saskatoon and B.  My wife agreed to let me go to both shows with very little begging.
