Those were my thoughts as well.  Although it's certainly not impossible, Canada seems like a strange place to launch some warmup shows, or simply one-offs.

Why is Canada strange? Guns' played like 10 shows here back in 2006. Not just Toronto either, they hit up pretty much every province.

It's clear they love Canada, and since those shows were pretty much all sold out, Canada loves Guns' too.

Absolutely.  I was just saying that it would be odd if they just toured Canada and not the rest of North America.  Either way, Montreal is a 2 hour plane ride from Chicago so I'll certainly still make the trip to see them even if that is the case, however unlikely.  Smiley

. ..If those dates are even true, They are doing stadiums in Asia because they can....unfortunately its different in North America The average person likes terrible music. In N.A. they will certainly be doing Arenas like in 06' 07'.

Jarmo had to ask him the same thing in the Asia tour thread.  It's littered with articles and copy and pasted pictures all saying the same thing.  hihi

So, it will be on Monday, right?

Is there any tradition of doing announcements on that specific day of the week?

I'm sure there are others across the country for CFL football. Unless I'm mistaken, sadly only one closeable roof though hihi

U2 was sold out and there was about 60,000 people @ the Rogers Centre... I don't think Guns has a hope of selling out a place that big (unless the ticket prices are very reasonable).  Air Canada Centre is still the likeliest bet, IF there is a TO date.

How was the attendance for the Guns shows in Canada 2006?
