Pickin? it: Slash, famed Guns N? Roses guitarist, plucked the national anthem on his electric guitar before Game 2. The rendition didn?t do much for me, but I was outvoted by the horde of photographers engulfing him and those in the crowd who gave him a rousing ovation. (He also strummed ?God Bless America? during the seventh-inning stretch, and it just didn?t seem appropriate.)

I was there, took some pics from way up high.

VELVET REVOLVER/ex-GUNS N' ROSES guitarist Slash performed the U.S. national anthem yesterday (Thursday, October at Dodger Stadium just prior to the Major League Baseball playoff game two between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the St. Louis Cardinals.
