It's just a french thing, you can say "LES" before a bandname to refer to the people in the band.

Like "ne manquez pas les Iron Maiden en concert"...It would mean "don't miss the opportunity to meet with ( the members of ) Iron Maiden in concert"...

Whilst I have no doubt that a European Tour is planned for the future, the dates that the site has put up are bull.  For a start, I would expect Ticketmaster to be the main distributers, like they were in 2006.  It seems the scalpers are juping on the Asia Tour rumours......
