Help needed - fake or legit - jap only promo

i finally got myself a copy of the Jap only promo but i need some help trying to find out if its a legit copy or fake
im pretty sure its legit but not 100%
as you can see it is nearly a mint copy and looks unplayed
the record label looks to be centered with no visible white, it comes with a plastic inner which is arch shaped. the matrix is machine stamped. the letters on the spine are bold with a space between GN'R and Guns n' Roses
i paid ?36 inc shipping so if its fake its no big deal
any help would be appreciated

It looks to be in great condition!

As you stated, this is the main way I know of telling if it's a boot or not too:

so it looks pretty authentic to me!
